CVS : PMI at ICS at left mid-clavicular line, no
heaving, no thrill, normal s1&s2, systolic
ejection murmur gr. III at left upper sternal
border

 RS : normal breath sound, no adventitious

sound
Abdomen : Soft, not tender, liver & spleen not
palpable
