-NPO
-0.9%NaCl IV load then rate urine
-Acute abdomen series
-CBC, UA, BUN, Cr, elyte
-PT, PTT, INR
-anti-HIV
-EKG 12 leads (if > 45 y)
-observe abdominal sign
-record v/s, I/O Q 1hr
If BP <90/60,
urine <30 ml/hr (0.5ml/kg/hr) please notify
-G/M PRC 2 u, FFP 1,000 ml
