Six eggs

The same weight of eggs of sugar

Half the weight of wheat flour in eggs

Zest of 1 lemon

Marshmallows

1. Break the eggs and separate the whites


from the yolks.
Add the Egg yolks with the sugar and lemon
zest.
Beat well until it is whitish eggnog.
2. Beat the egg whites until they are very
firm.
Alternately, wrap the flour and the egg whites
with the egg nog.
3. Grease a pot with butter and sprinkled with
flour and put the dough.
4. Bake in preheated oven to 175 and bake it
for 35 to 40 minutes.
After baked remove and unmold.

5. Cover the cake with marshmallows.
