Fernando and I arrived in Mumbai, India at 5pm (local time) after being on a

direct flight to India for 13 and a half hours! It was a fairly smooth flight
with very minor turbulence. We were picked up from the airport by Moria
Dickson, who is one of the directors of Audience of One. Shortly after
arriving and settling in we had dinner with Moira and Shakkar (who is the
cofounder of AOO) at a lovely restaurant called Palibahavan.We had
Mumabai's famous dish called Bombay Duck, which as it turn out is a fish
that is only found in parts of the Arabian sea and the Bay of Bengal. We
also had a wide variety of food and one of them included my all time
favourite bread called Naan, which is a very popular flat bread in India.
