Request Details :

As per QA/QC Procedure PP-QC-GG-006 Rev.1, para 6.2.5.2

Radiographic Examination found that type 1 film (extra fine grain) shall
be used unless approved by company.
SUCOFINDO proposes to substitute type 1 (extra fine grain) with film
type D7, D4 or equivalent as per Contract.
Construction Supervisor to accept this proposal
