To Whom It May Concern:
Tam writing letter of recommendation for Shannon Enzenberger. | have known Shannon for
the past 8 years and I have been Shannon's Volleyball coach for the last year. Shannon has been
a member of the high school volleyball team for three years with her last year being on my
varsity squad. Shannon is a very dedicated hard working athlete. She continually strives to
improve her playing ability and always does more then what is asked of her. She never misses a
Practice and is always ready to help out with anything the team needs. She is a very positive
team member is well respected by the other girls on the team. She missed last season due to an
injury but worked hard and did not let that stop her from achieving her goals this season.
Shannon was selected by the coaches in our league as the only member of our team to make the
NEMC first team all conference. She was also named Academic All-State by the Michigan
Volleyball Coaches Association. Shannon has also been a member of the soccer team , track and
basketball teams.
Shannon is not only a standout on the volleyball court but she is an outstanding student. Shannon
is currently ranked number one in her class. She always challenges herself with the hardest
classes that Tawas High School offers and is involved in a number of extracurricular activities as
well. She is a member of the national honor society serving as president this year, Shannon has
also been active with Spanish club and student senate. She is also a very active member of the
‘community giving time to the Pink Power walk as well as Relay for life. She is active in her
church and has been a member of the Holy family Youth group for the past 6 years. Shannon
also looks out for her fellow students and has been a member of the Friends of Rachel club and
organization that strives to end bullying and encourages students to treat each other with respect,
She is also a great lover of animals and the environment donating time to help with highway
cleanup and community recycling.
Shannon has a strong family background and has an outstanding character and strong moral
values. This combined with her outstanding work ethic makes her a great role model for her
{eammates and peers. Her positive outlook and her compassion for others make her someone that
others feel they can trust. Shannon is a delight to work with and displays great initiative in all
aspects of her life. I feel I can recommend Shannon Enzenberger to you without reservation,
