: Re-Launching of Faculty & Staff Wellness Activities &
1st Companion Fun Walk and Run

Dear CIT Family;

Greetings!
In celebration of the Mission and Ministry Week, the University Athletics
Office (UAO) together with the HR Office will re-launch University Faculty &
Staff Wellness Activities on September 12, 2012. To officially re-launch the
said activity, a fun walk and run, dubbed, the 1st Companion Fun Walk and
Run will be organized.
Last Saturday (September 1, 2012), the UAO, HRO, GS, HS and the Colleges
Wellness and Sports Representatives had agreed on the details of the
activity. Heres what transpired:

The activity will culminate at 8 oclock in the morning. There will be a survey
that will be distributed so kindly fill it up; this will serve as a gauge for the
coming Wellness, Fitness and Sport activities.
The meeting also discussed about the University Sportfest, the group agreed
that it will start on November 10, 2012 (tentative) and will conclude probably
after XU days on the month of December. There will be a lot of sweaty and
fun and burning fat activities that waits in all of us. The group decided that
each individual will qualify for only two (2) sports. I attached a page for you
to fill up on which sport you are willing to participate.
