Rejuvenating Ojas Drink

8-10 oz. milk


1-3 tsp. grated fresh ginger root
1-3 tsp. black sesame seed (or white sesame seed)
1-3 tsp. ghee
Cinnamon and clove to taste.
Honey to taste if desired.
Warm milk to comfortable drinking temperature. Blend ingredients in blender.
