5. Educational and other qualifications Essential:

required for direct recruits
1. Should be a Civil Engineering Degree
holder.
2. Experience of not less than 5 years in the
areas of Civil Maintenance of buildings in
Govt./renowed organizations with good
record of service.
Desirable:
Ethics in preparation of estimates, executing
works by maximizing output and minimizing
expenditure for optimal quality.
6. Method of recruitment whether by Deputation
direct recruitment of by promotion or
by deputation / transfer
and
percentage of Vacancies to be filled by
various methods
7. In case of recruitment by promotion / Transfer on deputation :
transfer grades from which promotion /
deputation / transfer can be made
a) Persons under Central / State Govts.,
/ Universities / Recognized Research
Institutions / PSUs / Statutory, Semi
Govt. or Autonomous organizations.
i)
Holding analogous posts on
regular basis.
ii)
With 5 years of service in
the posts in the scale of Rs.
9300-34800 with Grade pay
of Rs.4200/- or equivalent;
and
b) Possessing qualifications mentioned in
Col. 5.
