Method of recruitment whether by Deputation direct recruitment of by promotion or by deputation / transfer and percentage of Vacancies to be filled by various methods 7. In case of recruitment by promotion / Transfer on deputation : transfer grades from which promotion / deputation / transfer can be made a) Persons under Central / State Govts., / Universities / Recognized Research Institutions / PSUs / Statutory, Semi Govt. or Autonomous organizations. i) Holding analogous posts on regular basis. ii) With 5 years of service in the posts in the scale of Rs. 9300-34800 with Grade pay of Rs.4200/- or equivalent; and b) Possessing qualifications mentioned in Col. 5.
