Dear Florida Bar, open Letter of Complaint

While this revelation may come as an utter shock to some and to others just
stereotypical attorney bashing, well, hold on to your stockings, it isnt slander if its
true... Miami Attorney Roniel R Rodriguez, On April 16 2014 committed an awesome
violation of epic proportion. Mr., Rodriguez IV Altered Judge Darrin P Gayle
Court Order, to reflect the court denied the Defendant Motion to Disqualify Mr.
Rodriguez IV as Counsel of Record, when in fact the court made no such order. Mr.
Rodriguez Iv had a little secret he didnt want the court to know, that he was both
the Plaintiff and the attorney representing the Plaintiff. And to be disqualified as
counsel for his own undisclosed interest, and be subject to rigorous examination by
a Pro-se Litigant was a bit too much to bear. So instead of following Florida Rules of
Civil Procedure, [ like we all must Follow] Mr., . Rodriguez IV choose a short cut to
grand-mothers house.. Alter the court order. Sadly, with his altered order Mr.
Rodriguez IV stood before OTHER judges stating Judge Darrin P GAYLE Denied the
Motion to disqualify him as Counsel of Recordwhen in reality, Judge Darrin P
Gayle made no such Ruling.. Nor has the Motion been argued before Judge Darrin P
Gayle April 16th 2014. Figures dont lieLiars figure. Im a former peace officer, and I
gotta tell ya, I knew most all the Miami River Cop individuals who committed an
absolute horrible crime of murder for drugs and Money, while wearing a City of
Miami Police Uniform, on Duty. A very embarrassing dark day to all Law enforcement
throughout Florida. The sooner we as a community and those who regulate our
professional community come to the reality, police officer[s] lie, Judges make
horrible rulings, and some Attorneys violate the rules of civil procedure with the

intent to commit fraud, the sooner we as a people can flush out corruption in our
places of trust, and move on with our lives.
Quick question, if you or I altered a judge order and base upon that alteration
caused the police to evict a family into the streets without a court order, what would
be our fate?
