COURSE OUTLINE:
For each practical course you will be given files containing:
1. The theoretical background
2. Exercises.
- PC 1&2: VERB TENSES
- PC 3: THE PASSIVE
- PC 4: THE SUBJUNCTIVE, THE CONDITIONAL
- PC 5: MODAL VERBS
- PC 6: GERUNDS AND INFINITIVES
- PC 7: NOUNS, ADJECTIVES AND ADVERBS.
YOU ARE REQUIRED:
- to study the theoretical part and solve the exercises at home,
- to participate actively during the practical courses,
- to take notes,
- to do any extra homework given during the practical course.
GRADING:
1. 60% written test comprising a theoretical part (with examples of your own) and exercises
(similar to those solved in class);
2. 40% your contribution during the practical course (15 pluses for maximum grade);
3. attendance is not compulsory.
