Technocraft offers more erection, stripping and financial satisfaction than can ever be expected from con- ventional shoring systems. It begins with rigid panel construction that enhances handling. The sharply honed Prop with its integrated drop-head puts you in control and helps to ensure confident erection and ease of stripping, while back-propping remains undisturbed, These advantages result in a high rate of production. The Panel and Prop with engineered automatic wind lock provide job safety with a rigid interlocking system that prevents tipping during erection even without bracing. The system is designed to withstand wind loads near hurricane force. The standard Modular Shoring System is a unique system erected from the working floor up to a height of 16’6"/5030. The system can accommodate drop bands, drop heads and i's design allows forall interruptions. This brochure will show you the simplicity of our Shoring System as well as the minimalized number of components required for the erection pro- cess, (On a grid of 4'x8/2400x1200 system can sup- port 14"/355* of concrete inciuding live load with a safely factor of 3:1 (On a grid of 6x4'/1800x1200 system can sup- port 22"/558* of concrete including live load with safety factor of 3:1 (On a grid of 4'x4'/1200x1200 system can sup- port 34"/863* of concrete inciuding live load with a safety factor of 3:1.*Prop rating at a height of 11'6/3505 “Prop rating at a height of 11’6"/3505 This Modular Shoring System is an engineered modular panel shoring system which offers faster erection and strip- ping time than conventional shoring systems, directly increases financial return. The rigid construction of the Panel enhances handling and durability. The Prop, with its integrated Drop-head, en- sures confident assembly and ease of stripping from the floor below, while backpropping remains undisturbed, ‘The automatic wind lock design of the Panel and Prop prevents tipping during erection. The Modular Shoring ‘System has resisted gale force wind loads. The inner rod of the Assembly/Disassembly Tool (ADT) has holes to accept a locking pin for adjustment. The ADT knob is inserted into the hole in the inside strut of the panel. Once the tool is inserted, the panel is rotated (lifted) into the horizontal position and supports the panel until the Prop is installed. Technocraft Slab Decking System Slab Decking System - Key Features Technocraft's Slab Decking System will be very effective for obtaining a 3-4 day slab cycle for a typical project. The shuttering speed clocked till date is approx 300 sq. ft. per man hour and de-shuttering at 600 sq. ft. per man hour. The panels are automatically wind locked during assembly which is very important at heights. The number of components is the lowest as compared to any system which is essential when working at great heights. Some of the key features are:- | Modular design. The system can be easily expanded and reduced for changing slab heights and areas. | System is safely erected and stripped from the floor below. | System's Panels can be removed at 2000 psi without disturbing props or concrete. System's Panels are wind locked automatically during assembly and this is a very important factor when using slab decking in areas prone to high winds. System can be erected in any or all of 4 directions simultaneously. System requires no "x" bracing. The 2 main components, Panel & Prop, automatically interlock against strong wind loads. System's heaviest component, an 8' X 4’ panel, can be carried by any 2 men. System is ACI, OSHA, NSI, SFI, ANSI, and BSI compliant. System can erect any type of building or parking garage. System's Telescopic, Side, and End Filler Beams make shoring around columns and other interruptions easy, efficient, and cost-effective. System's components are not welded. System's Components are sturdy and durable for ease of handling and longevity. Technocraft Slab Decking System Nee Safe, Fast, Efficient Below are the three simple steps* to erect the our Modular Shoring System from the safety of working floor. be Cee Step 1 The Panel is hung onto the Prop. Prop ADT tool Step 2 The Panel is rotated (lifted) to the horizontal position and supported with the ADT. Step 3 ‘The Standard Shoring System is a unique system erected from the working floor up to a height of 12/3658. With Prop Extension the system can be erected up to a height of 16/4877. For higher floors see the Pioneer System on page 10. The Shoring can accommodate drop bands, drop heads and its design allows for all interruptions. The Prop with its integrated Drop-head ‘ensures ease of erection and stripping, while backpropping remains undisturbed. ‘Our Props are available in two sizes: 10-071 3280 mm and 12'-0") 3936 mm. In addition, there is a Prop Extension which, when coupled with a Prop, allows for ad- fitional height of 4”-6"/ 1476 mm. Erection continues by repeating Next the Prop is slipped steps 1, 2 and 3. into position, locking into and supporting the Panel ‘The Panel features Fasteners which allows for the KD (knocked down) ‘option for container shipping overseas. This also makes it a snap for qualified personnel to replace damaged compo- nents *We recommend a minimum of 2 operatives for the assembly. It offers faster erection and stripping time than conventional wall forming methods, which immediately translates to increased financial return for you. The Technoform Modular offers rugged siderails tha is designed with dual tie s Technoform light weight rolled steel wall form stacked. Always check for allowable rate of pour! form pressure with different configuration. The ties are of light duty high tensile steel construction and can be left in the concrete. The ends are snapped off after the panels are removed or the ties can be sleeved with a plastic sleeve and recovered or use the 15 mm tie al temative method. The forms are designed to be manageable by one man and therefore the largest form is 2400x600 mm and weighs about 34 kg. The Technoform Wall panels are designed to withstand a concrete pressure of maximum 58 kn/m2. More ties are required towards the bottom of the form than needed at the top. Should free flowing concrete be poured into a form taller than 2400 mm, then it is necessary to take into consideration the type of concrete and how fast the concrete will set up. The Technoform Wall System is also designed with a special panel called the Euro Soldier. This panel uses Euro ties which eliminates using the American snap tie. These ties should optimally be used with 750x1200 mm. standard panels which are connected to the 250x240 mm Euro Soldier. The Euro Soldier tie is a 16 mm diameter dwidag high tensile continuously threaded (deformed) rod. This rod can be also sleeved and recovered or remain in the concrete. This configuration greatly reduces the number of ties as they go through each Euro Soldier and only 3 ties are required. Wall Form system is a light weight cold rolled steel hand set system designed for maximum strength, dura bility and compatibility. Our wall system is based on the American snap tie system and t are specially hot rolled sections of minimum 60,000 PSI. The Technoform system is unique in that it systems. fe . H . | A . These ties should optimally be used with the 750 mm wide panel connected to the 250 mm wide Euro Soldier. The Euro Soldier accommodates the euro tie, which is a 16 mm dia. dwidag high tensile continuously threaded (deformed) rod. This rod can be sleeved and recovered or remain in the concrete. In this configuration there is a greatly reduced number of ties. Only 3 are required in a 2400 mm high pour and the ties are 1 metre apart, or 0.80 sq. metres per tie. Anice benefit of the Technoform Euro Soldier is that the Euro Soldier can remain in place with a 2nd Euro Soldier added to the top, to smoothly accommodate climbing forms. The Technoform system gives great flexibility and alterative methodology all in one. Panels and the Euro Soldier are readily assembled into crane handle forms.
