I would like to recommend Charles Millard as a candidate for your organization. As a student in
my classroom, Charles shows eagerness, respect and positivity. These characteristics are highly
necessary in order to be a successful member in society.
As a Contemporary English student, Charles is willing to ask appropriate questions when
necessary. He has strong communication skills, and these skills are seen through his eagerness to
question guidelines and protocol. Charles is more than motivated to complete all activities
accurately. When Charles has approached me with concerns, he has shown maturity and respect.
He is willing to address personal affairs in a private conversation. As a result, I strongly believe
Charles consistently self evaluates his progress. As a citizen, this is an important characteristic to
have when working on any mandatory task. Charles has also remained positive throughout
certain tasks. He is willing to redirect his attitude and point of view in order to invoke
appropriate conversations with his peers. Overall, I feel if Charles was given the opportunity to
be a part of your organization, he would motivate himself and his teammates.
I have enjoyed the chance to work with Charles at this time. He is a pleasure to have in class,
because of the listed qualities. I know Charles would be an upstanding addition to any
