It was really unfortunate and very wrong to blame you
I realise that my behaviour was totally inappropriate, inexcusable and disrespec
tful.
I can only imagine the hurt,distress,embarrassment,awkwardness I have caused to
you and the damage that it has done to you.
I of course accept that I have caused irreparable damage
