Creating Your Own Probability Math Game

You and your partners will create a probability math game for the students in
Room X to keep and play! You have been assigned groups of about 4 that are up
on the board!
You may choose to create your game using any of the items we have used in our
probability class activities, including:
Dice
Coins
Spinners
Playing cards
Coloured Cubes
Or anything else you feel would be appropriate
You must make or create any materials needed for your game. For example, if
you choose to use spinners, you will have to make them. You will also need to
make a game board or recording sheet, if required.
You are free to create any kind of game that involves probability, but there are
some guidelines to follow:
Your game must include:
o some kind of recording / activity sheet
o a spot for players to make and explain predictions using
probability vocabulary
o a probability experiment that actively involves all players
o an explanation of the game using probability vocabulary
A written plan that explains your game and how it involves
probability must be shown to Mrs. Regier before you begin making it
Be creative and have fun!
If you need help or clarification on anything, dont hesitate to ask!
