SUBJECT: THIRD PARTY INSPECTION AND SAFETY CERTIFICATION OF DIESEL, STORAGE TANK
Dear Shahzad IQBAL.
With reference to your email dated January 15 , 2015 and enquiry no. 1010014405 regarding subject
inspection and safety certification of diesel storage tank, following are submitted for your consideration:
SCOPE OF 'WORK

Third party Inspection of tank as per AN 653 guideline & best engineering practices through random HOE
t techniques, Its covers the Integrity of overall structure, structure attachments , shell tank , fittings and
welding of tank assembly as per applicable code and Best Engineering Practices to find mechanical
ge, weariness, fatigue crack and any other deterioration on welding seams, equipment structure or,
car discrepancies. Following will be Included In the work scope:
External and internal visual Inspection
PDT including thickness measurement and MPIIDPT
submission of final report

TERMS R CONDITIONS
inspection will be performed by competent inspection engineer(s).
Client shall provide purchase order prior commencement of work.
Scaffolding is not part of URS Inspection scope of work and will be provided by the client.
Client shall provide HSE procedure and related work permit before execution of the job.

Client shall ensure availability of power at site.

Client shall provide internaU external cleaning before inspection of Tank.

Client shall make all necessary safety arrangement for Tank Inspection.

All NDT/MPI will be performed by Level II Inspectors.

Surface cleaning for NDT/MPI will be required by the client.

Messing & accommodation will be on client end.

After completion of work the final report will be submitted.
Quotation Is valid for 30 days after submission.
Invoice will be forwarded after completion of work.
Invoice will be payable within 30 days from the date of invoicing.
Lighting arrangement would be done by client.

Payment will be made by cross cheque In favor of URS INDUSTRIAL SERVICES GROUP.
The job will be executed within 15 working days after receiving the purchase order.
