pushed us to be a PLC I think we

were already well on the way, but it
has helped us with creating, sharing
and storing common work.Since
attending the PLC conference I
think the biggest piece we have
been missing in this process is the
reflection piece."How do we use

assessment?" Before, we didn't
because it was ALOT of work, but
now with assessments in Canvas
the hard work is done for us and it
is just up to us to use it to grow.
