    Release of Voluntary Escrowed Shares


    In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.10A, ILH Group Limited (ASX: IAW) announces the release of
    1,014,696 shares from voluntary escrow arrangements on 1 August 2014.
    These shares were issued pursuant to the acquisition of PLN Lawyers on 1 August 2011.
    This represents the final release from escrow for these shares.
