Wednesday Meeting Plan
10 minutes for SGB updates at the faculty meeting
o Scheduling:
High school is overcrowded. The counselors are working on it.
Advocate for a space if needed.
Students will complete a half-sheet at the counseling center.
Graduation requirements/Band/ELD/SPED are the scheduling
priorities. Students will be returned to class after completing the
form.
All students should have their schedule. If a student says they have an
off-period throughout the day, check their schedule. Seniors are
allowed to have off-periods.
o SPED
Issues with SPED identified students need to be referred to their case
manager. Students should still follow the discipline ladder.
Students with special needs can be pushed into classes without a para.
Accommodations are being worked on and will be given to teachers as
soon as they are available.
o ZAP
Updates to come from ZAP coordinators
o Answer questions, if time. Please come to a meeting!
