ARAHAN KEPADA PELAJAR / INSTRUCTIONS TO STUDENTS
1. Tugasan ini mengandungi SATU (1) soalan sahaja yang disediakan dalam bahasa Melayu
dan bahasa Inggeris. / This assignment contains only ONE (1) question that is set in both
Malay and English.
2. Jawab dalam bahasa Melayu atau bahasa Inggeris. / Answer in Malay or English.
3. Muat turunkan templat tugasan versi bahasa yang berkenaan daripada MyVLE untuk
penyediaan dan penyerahan tugasan anda. Tugasan anda hendaklah ditaip dengan
menggunakan saiz fon 12 Times New Roman dan langkau baris 1.5. / Download the language
version of the assignment template concerned from the MyVLE for preparation and
submission of your assignment. Your assignment should be typed using 12 point Times New
Roman font and 1.5 line spacing.
4. Tugasan anda hendaklah mengandungi 2500 hingga 3000 patah perkataan tidak termasuk
rujukan. Bilangan perkataan hendaklah ditunjukkan di hujung tugasan anda. Jangan
menyalin soalan dan arahan tugasan dalam jawapan anda. Pemeriksa tidak akan membaca
jawapan tugasan yang melebihi had patah perkataan yang dibenarkan. Jumlah perkataan
hendaklah dinyatakan di penghujung tugasan anda. / Your assignment should be between

selepas 29hb Jun 2014 atau Tutorial 4 TIDAK akan diterima. / Your assignment must be

Tutorial 4 will NOT be accepted.
7. Tugasan hendaklah disiapkan secara individu. Anda dilarang meniru tugasan orang lain.

Tugasan ini menyumbang sehingga 25% daripada jumlah markah kursus berkenaan dan
akan dinilai berdasarkan kepada Rubrik atau Skema Jawapan yang dilampirkan. / This

based on the Rubrics or Answer Scheme attached.
Anda akan diberikan maklum balas tentang tugasan ini sebelum Peperiksaan Akhir

Based on the TWO topics above, you are requested to:
1.

State and elaborate in detail on the FIVE levels Process of Evaluation.

2.

Prepare a summative test consisting of TWENTY objective questions and TWO


structural questions by referring to the Bloom Taxonomy.

3.

Prepare a Table of Specification based on all the items that are prepared in
question 2.

Please include a proper introduction with relevant supporting sources in your assignment.
Use APA format for all referencing.
