INTRODUCTION

All presentations have a common objective. People give presentations because they want to
communicate in order to:

inform

train

persuade

sell

A successful presentation is one of the most effective ways of communicating your message
in this English Communicative (AE501) subject. And because English is so widely used in
international business, a working knowledge of the vocabulary and techniques used in an
English Communicative mini project presentation is a valuable asset.
We will start by exploring the importance of preparation. After that, we will consider what
equipment to use. Then we will look at how to "deliver" a presentation. After delivery, we
will examine the language of presentations, before moving on to the presentation itself.
Finally, we will conclude with a review of what we have covered.
The title that we choose for our mini project presentation is about the preferred food
stalls among Port Dickson Polytechnic students. Certain methodologies and instruments,
most especially surveys are utilized by the researchers in this study. A statistical survey best
fits for quantitative data collection. It is afield that studies the sampling of individuals from a
population with a view towards making statistical inferences about the population using the
sample. Through a successfully constructed questionnaire, the researchers can formulate their
observations and analysis quickly and correctly. On the other hand, through informally
conducted interviews, the researchers are able to support their inferences with further
statements from the respondents. Data collected are then easily evaluated and observed.
Afterwards data collection, analysis is made through the consideration of different
factors such as the sources choices and their classes (groups). Collected data will be then
organized through different methods such as a frequency distribution table and graphs to
present their associations. Since the topic is toward a best choice, the frequencies between the
groups are noted importantly.
The mean, modal and median scores are also solved for the grouped data. After these
processes, the researchers treat their analysis depending on the variables and the researchs
relevant topics.
