Team Members/Contact Information

Team Ground Rules and Guidelines
What are the general expectations for all members of the team?
All members are expected to contribute toward Learning Team assignments and discussion.
Work submitted for LT papers should be proofed and correctly formatted according to APA
guidelines. All members should choose a week to be a leader, but also be able to help out
other team members when in need.

The Learning Team Charter is provided as a tool to encourage effective team collaboration. Please refer back to the
Learning Team Charter as you complete each of the Learning Team assignments for your class.

Expectations for Time Management and Involvement

(Participation, communication with the team, accessibility, etc.)
It is important for team members to consistently check the LT Forum for news/updates. If a
group member will be unavailable this should be communicated prior to the absence.
Participation and communication are key for any team to be successful.
Ensuring Fair and Even Contribution and Collaboration
What strategy will you use to ensure that all team members are contributing and
collaborating appropriately? Describe the communication strategy you will use if a team
member is not contributing and collaborating effectively. How will the team manage conflicts
between team members?
Each LT member will participate in all assignments. Each assignment will be divided equally
within the team to ensure that all points are covered. If a member becomes unresponsive
their workload will be absorbed by other members and the lack of contribution will be
shared with the instructor and reflected on Team evaluations.
Special Considerations
What do you, as a team, agree will make this team experience different from past team
experiences?
Maintain respectful and professional in all communication. Participate and communicate as
much as possible to ensure that each assignment is done to its full potential.
