Latest Standard Instructions for NCBTS Print-out

1. Graph for Domain (Individual.sample)

Note:
DO NOT use the School Code or
ID in the drop box. Just TYPE the
complete name of the school.
MAKE SURE that every entry is
coinciding with what you have
entered or accomplished in your
NCBTS e-tool, unless NO DATA
REPORT will appear and pop-up
on your computer.
For the Subjects Taught in
ELEMENTARY, just select one
subject being taught the most
and consider it as Area of
Specialization.
Just strictly follow the sample
shown herein.

2. Graph for Strand (Individual.sample)

3. Overall/Consolidated Table (Individual.sample)

Note:
A pop-up will come out and just select
PREVIEW/PRINT REPORT to get a table.

6. Overall School Consolidation Table

Note:
A pop-up will come out and just select
PREVIEW/PRINT REPORT to get a table.

7. By District/Division Consolidated Table

Note:
This time the SCHOOL CODE or ID in the
drop box should be used not the
complete name of the school anymore.
Then, a pop-up will come out and just
select:
