HOW TO MAKE
A SIMPLE SANDWICH
GOAL : How to make a simple food to be healthy
MATERIALS :
Two slice of bread
Cheese
sauce
Mayonnaise
Tomatoes
Lettuce leaves
fried meat
Onion

STEPS :
place a slice of bread on the plate.
add lettuce leaves
slice tomatoes and onion and then and put on bread
then add the fried meat
add the sauce and mayonnaise on the top of fried meat
after that put the cheese
and then add lettuce leaves again
Then, put a slice of bread on the top
Finally,sandwich ready to be served!

TIPS TO CLEANING OUR FACE


Wash your hands, so that the dirt that clings to the palm
of your hand can be immediately removed. Dirty hands
even make the faces get dirty.
Wash your face with warm water. It helps make the
pores open so that dirt can be better spent. Then dry
with a towel.
Use a facial cleanser and use by way of shaping the
direction of the circular on the face. Let sit for one
minute, then blow dry using a towel or tissue.

After cleaning the face is cleaned, use


cold water to wash the face. The goal for
the pores of the face closed again.
The final step in cleaning your face is to
use a toner cotton wool dipped in toner
then patted-pat on the face.
