WALSALL ACADEMY

The Governors of the Academy are pleased to invite you to Dinner at the
Village Hotel, Walsall, on Thursday 6 March 2008.
Pre-dinner drinks will be served at 7.00 pm and dinner will follow at 7.30 pm.
A disco has been arranged to follow dinner at 10.00 pm. The bar will close at
12.30 am and disco will end at 1.00 am.

Homemade Leek and Potato Soup (v)

Filled with a medley of orange & pineapple set on a mango, mint
and yogurt dressing

Prawn & Mango Salad


With lemon, cherry tomatoes & classic cocktail sauce

Main Course:
Breast of Chicken
Stuffed with sage & onion farce, with crispy bacon, roasted baby
onions & red wine sauce

Cherry Tomato & Feta Cheese en Croute (v)


Served with a cream & white wine reduction

Roasted Cod
Topped with a mozzarella and basil crust, set on a sweet
red pepper pure

Dessert:
Medley of Fresh Fruits
Fresh fruit salad splashed with Malibu & served inside a crisp
brandy snap basket, with mango sauce & whipped cream

Warm Apple Tart


Served with hot custard and caramelised apples

Individual Chocolate tulip


Filled with orange, brandy & dark chocolate truffle mousse
set on a raspberry dressing
