‘To Whom It May Concer:
Please accept the following as my letter of reference for Ms. Isabella Bei.
In November and December 2011 Ms. Bei completed a four-week teaching placement in my
Grade Three class at Frontenac Public School. During her time here she quickly established a
warm and productive rapport with students and used this rapport to strengthen the delivery of
lessons that she taught. As she progressed through the placement, Ms. Bei used a variety of
teaching styles to meet the broad range of student needs in my class.
Ms. Bei is an extremely dedicated and conscientious teacher who constantly puts forth many
devoted hours learning through varied experiences. Her love and sincere care for the younger
children is evident and she accepts responsibilities eagerly. I have observed Ms. Bei working
with students in her charge and I am amazed at the devotion and respect she demonstrates. She
shows terrific initiative volunteering for student support programs, demonstrates great maturity
and is extremely dependable in all tasks. Furthermore, she knows the value of building self
esteem and of encouraging her students to become self-directed learners. She is committed to her
work as a teacher and is eager to put time, energy, and patience into providing the best learning
environment.
Initiative and cooperation are definite assets and will be strengths as Ms. Bei plans and prepares
curriculum that is meaningful and engaging. Ms. Bei has demonstrated many personal traits
which make her an outstanding staff member. She realizes that being an active staff member
‘means more than the required classroom considerations. She has indicated the need for and
importance of being an avid supporter and leader in extracurricular responsibilities and activities,
of being a good role model for students, of working effectively with staff members and of |
‘establishing @ learning environment that is a safe and secure place for students to learn. Her
professionalism and commitment will make her a valuable addition to any staff.
Should you require any further information, please do not hesitate to contact me at Frontenac
