Thank you for the appreciation on our work for this year. Yes, this year is a very good year,but
we still got some financial problem this year. I sincerely believed that it is through in the Finance
department, that we manage to get through this tough year.
Although, there will be less time for joy due to the incoming work ahead of us.
And this will be the report of our plan regarding the question you ask in your mail.
1.What are your targets in 2015?
- Manage cost more effectively so we can save more
2.What efforts are you going do to achieve the 2015 targets?
- Do an analyze what made our cost was so high on 2014 and i will looking for ways to reduce it.
3.What possible problems will you face in achieving those targets?
- Maybe other departments participation during my analyze
4.What type(s) of support can the CEO give to you to achieve the 2015 targets?
- I think none.
