In order to assure that we continue to produce superior workmanship, it shall be our policy to keep all employees
thoroughly trained via our new program of Special High Intensity Training (S.H.I.T.). We shall strive to give our
employees more S.H.I.T. Than any other organization.

All our supervisors are specially qualified and shall ensure that you receive all the S.H.I.T. that you can handle.

If you feel that you have not received your fair share of S.H.I.T. on the job, please advise your foreman. Your name
will immediately be placed at the top of the S.H.I.T. list.

If you consider yourself sufficiently trained, you may be interested in training others. WE can add you to out Basic
Understanding Lecture List - Special High Intensity Training (B.U.L.L.S.H.I.T.) program.
