DD PROCESS

The under mentioned terms and conditions are for a DEMAND DRAFT (DD) Assign transaction, and are
hereby signed and agreed to by both Parties (Seller and Buyer), for the specific performance, as per clauses
elucidated below :
FIRST PARTY
: SELLER
SECOND PARTY : BUYER
DAY ONE:
1. Escrow between Rs. 2L to 5L (If Deposit, 1L only) one day. prior - latest by 4 PM
2. Immediately post Escrow - Party A to provide Bank & Branch details through SMS, which
cannot be changed later.
DAY TWO (Process at Bank):
1. Both Parties to reach the Bank between pre-agreed time range of one hour. (For example : 10AM 11AM)

2. If any of the Parties fail to turn up by the expiry of the time range - then the other Party will
unconditionally pick-up the Escrow.

3. After both the Parties arrive, then the First Party (Seller) proceeds for Window / Account verification.
Account must a Pvt / Ltd company and the nature of the company is only acceptable in Infra, IT, Pharma
and Real Estate.
4. The account balance at least one day old / yesterday closing and Todays opening balance must be in
same. OD / CC / Any Loan accounts are not acceptable.

5. After verify the account this, the Second Party will give a 1% token through Liquid (If there is a
second channel then does RTGS) to First Party.

6. Post token, First Party will start the process (applying) of the Demand Draft in Buyers Company
Name. Bellow 5 Cr DD amount is not acceptable.

7. After making the DD, Buyer party will verify the DD and arrange to transfer of liquid portion to both
First Party and Medias at a pre-designated place, within 2 KM radius- from the Bank Branch.
8. First Party (Seller) will receive the Liquid portion and conduct their Quality and Quantity test.

9. After that First Party (Seller) handover the DD to the Second Party (Buyer).
Please note the following:
1) Rate for the DD Transaction will be ......% + ......% to Principal and ......% to Media.

2) Media sharing will be done on a two / three table (.....+.....+....) distribution basis.
( Commercial contract, only by the written mutual acceptance of First Party and Second Party and
Media of both sides.)
