The Matrix

The Matrix is a 1999 American-Australian

science fiction action starring Keanu Reeves,
Laurence Fishburne, Carrie-Anne Moss, Hugo
Weaving, and Joe Pantoliano. I find that
knowing it is a science fiction film make you
differently of it as there is a psychological
edge to the film. The Matrix is written and
directed by the Wachowski Brothers and is
produced by Joel Silver. The Matrix is a film
that is targeted for science fiction fans of all
kinds from the age of 15 upwards as it is
certificated 15. The characters in The Matrix
is like a typical sci fi character however the
storyline is quite unique as it not only can be
classified as and action but it can also be a
psychological film.

Overall I feel that The Matrix is a must see film for any science
fiction fan out there as this film represents everything from its
genre, although I do believe its a must see I also feel that it
sometimes looks dated compared to newer science fiction films. I
would rate The Matrix at an 8 out of 10.
