Based on experience and present position the application of the officer will be considered for further process of interview and scrutiny of service records, If selected, such Officer will be considered for an equivalent post in IRDA on deputation tor an initial period of 3 (Three) years extendable up to 5 (Five) years based on the performance of the officer and the rules of deputation in vogue at that point of time and subject to the outcome of WP no. 18157 of 2013 of the Hon'ble High Court for the States of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. The deputation will be governed by instructions issued by DOPT vide OM no. 6/8/2009 - Estt. The Officers occupying same group of posts with similar responsibilities and duties and identical scales of pay in the parent organization as specified in the eligibility conditions for each post are required to apply, Pay fixation and other terms of deputation shall be governed by DoPT Rules including OM No. 6/8/2009-Estt. (Pay Il) dated 17-06-2010 as amended from time to time. ‘The petiod of deputation shall be for 3 (three) years and may be extended up to § (Five) with the permisston of the Hon'ble High Court for States of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh in Writ petition no. 18157 of 2043. Desirable experience: Applicants should have worked in Insurence/Financial services area in the last three years. Cooling off period: The applicants must fulfil! a ‘cooling off period of three years from the date of return from previous deputation. Also the Officers currently serving the Authority on regular basis or on deputation or served the Authority on deputation during the last three years are not eligible apply. ‘Separate application needs to be submitted for each post by applicants who apply for mare than one post The cadre controlling Authority is requested to forward the applications of the interested Officers whose services can be spared by duly filing up Part Il of the application along with attested copies of ACRS/APARs of the Officer for the fast three years, ie. from 2011- 12 to 2013-14, The cadre controlling authority is requested to. confirm requisite qualifications/experience for these posts mentioned by the applicant in the fitled in application form.
