The company for which Im seeking employment is Retirement Clearinghouse LLC (RCH).
They are an investment services firm located in Charlotte, North Carolina. Retirement
Clearinghouse specializes in helping 401(k) plan participants by providing the services they
need to consolidate retirement accounts. They are America's only independent, fullyintegrated platform designed to manage and execute end-to-end employee transition
services for retirement plan sponsors. The company was originally founded in 2001 and
works with over 11,000 plans and has helped more than 700,000 participants with over $11
billion in retirement savings. This staggering number can most likely be attributed to the
amount of people concerned with their retirement due to the recent decline in the economy.
The company has seen steady growth since opening and it doesnt seem to be slowing down
anytime soon.
