Cut into cubes

Boil and take juice(puree)
Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
Garam masala
1 tsp
Oil
1 1/2 tbsp
Salt
as per taste
Mix together
Red chilly pwd
1/2 tsp
Turmeric pwd
1/4 tsp
Water
1/4 cup
Powder separately(coarsely)
Pepper
1 tsp
Cumin
1 1/2 tsp
Dhaniya
2 tsp
Garnish
Coriander leaves
Kasoorimethi (must)
Method
Heat oil in a kadai add ginger garlic paste.
Fry well till oil oozes out.
Add crushed pwds fry well.
Add chilly pwd mix.
Fry well till oil oozes out.
Add tomato puree.
Boil well till oil oozes out.
Add 3/4 cup of water, salt, garam masala .
When it starts boiling add the veg.
Boil for some time add panner.
Boil to get the consistency.If nessasary add water.
Garnish and serve
Suits well with roti, nan.
Note
Don't pour more water.
Use all veg like carrot, baby corn, cauliflower etc.,
made as Kadai Vegetables.
