Insects, e.g. crickets, cockroaches, locusts, rose beetle larvae. For spiderlings newly
Hatched (pinhead) crickets and drosophila. Aqua Crystals Gel is a good water supply
especially for small spiderlings.

Quiet and peaceful species, which is active during the day.
