development from classes, work, workshops, internships, study abroad experiences
and other co-curricular activities. For each skill, please include a double spaced,
page long reflective essay discussing how you developed the skill and are now
practicing it. You should have all of these skills developed by the end of the JUNIOR
year (resulting in 5-6 page essay).
