PERSONAL NARRATIVE DIWALI VACATION

A homework holiday!!!
Finally it was the last day of our school, not actually. Last day for the diwali vacation
to start! We had dreadful BA. One of our BA was to write a travel diary about the
place we visit. The ones who didnt had to visit the four places they told us. And I
was one of them! Half of my diwali vacation slipped away in just doing my
homework. And finally, the last 2 days of my diwali vacation. I still had one
homework forth coming. The BA in which we had to visit the four places. I called my
friend. Even hers was pending. We chose to visit those places together.
Now, the last holiday. And one homework in line. First we visited Rashtriya shala.
The guide over there was asking us plentiful questions like what is your name?,
which school do you study in?, which grade do you study in?, is there any
project going on in your school?. Moreover, if we didnt answer him, he popped the
question for the second time! And sadly we had to answer him. Hastily we asked
him a few questions about the good old days of Rashtriya shala. We note them
down in our iPad, and before he asked us any other questions, we hurriedly went
into the car and drove off from there.
Next was the Watson museum. It was already 5:45, and the closing time of Watson
museum was 6 oclock! The driver told us that it would at least take 5 minutes to
reach there. And he was correct! We reached there at 5:50. We at least had 10
minutes. But what are we seeing! The shutter was already down! I asked the
security sitting there why is the shutter down? Its still 5:50! 10 minutes left!
he answered me its close from morning. I went back to tell the bad news to my
friend. But fortunately, my friend had the inside story of Watson museum!
Now we were moving on to Kaba Gandhi no delo. The car couldnt enter those
threadlike lanes. So we had to get down there, and go to Kaba Gandhi no delo by
walking. The lanes were very crowdie and scanty. It was like a maze. We asked one
of the shopkeeper to tell us in which direction to go, to visit Kaba Gandhi no delo. He
told us, but we couldnt remember the whole thing. After moving ahead, we again
asked a shopkeeper to help us reach Kaba Gandhi no delo. Doing this we reached
Kaba Gandhi no delo. We moved in. I could see four or five rooms. There were some
snapshots of Gandhiji and his family. And in the entrance there was Gandhijis real
handwriting. There were even some books related to Gandhiji. Even a museum
created in which Gandhijis all things were lying which he used. And the most
delightful and unusual thing was that, Gandhijis interesting incidents were painted
on a wall with good messages like never lie. We had seen the whole of Kaba
Gandhi no delo.
Now it was time to go to Dolls museum. As soon as we entered the Dolls museum,
we were confused where to start from. There were numberless dolls over there. We

at least sauntered around for half an hour. And so we were frazzled. We wanted to
go home. But unfortunately we couldnt see the whole Dolls museum.
I enjoyed a lot. This was the best homework. This was the best holiday. This was the
best
HOMEWORK HOLIDAY !!!!!!!!!!!
