HITTING THE BOOKS
Are you using 2-3 hours to study per hour in a course? Are you clueless whats happening in a class? Whos struggling through a professor with an accent? Who has seen a professor in offi ce hours? Who has attend tutoring? (basement of Carlson Library) Who is using a planner/calendar?
BE THE PROFESSIONAL STUDENT
Are you careful in your emails to professors and UT staff ? Are you aware the image you project in class? (sitting near front, paper handy, listening alertly) How are you submitting assignments? Full heading and assignment title on all documents Emails to a professor should look more like a letter than a text. Dont submit on Google Docs (unless told to) Staple assignments before class
