She ‘was steadfast in in her pursult of academic excellence through her work in my math methods course in the spring 2014 of. Professional Semester, and also during her student teaching experience fall 2074 for which | was her supervisor. Nicole has exhibited the characteristics of a professional educator. | supervised Nicole during her student teaching placement in a local fourth grade classroom. During this field placement, Nicole selected and developed instructional materials that were designed to build conceptual understanding of academic content. She created developmentally appropriate and engaging lessons and an integrated sociel studies unit plan on Pennsylvania that incorporated numerous children’s literature titles. In fact, Nicole regularly strove to immerse students in literacy-based learning activities across subject areas. She consistently demonstrated her enthusiastism about teaching and actively sought to advance her professional skills. Nicole is conscientious, reliable, and caring; she likewise works well as a member of a collaborative team. During practicum meetings Nicole established an atmosphere of mutual respect and cooperation with her fellow teacher candidates. She is sensitive to the needs of others.
