Our company has an integrated and high technology system with advanced dyeing techniques, which enables us to handle a wide range of dyeing products from natural to synthetic materials. All of our products are supported by modern machinery from Germany, England, Japan, Taiwan and Korea. Moreover the company is supported by well trained people that makes us known as one of the best dyeing, weaving, and towel manufactures not only in Indonesia but also overseas. We use machinery from Japan, Taiwan, and Korea such as Iwama, Tsudakoma, Hirano, and Kwang Yang with Murata and Yamada Doby machine. For Jacquard machine, we use Jacquard from Japan to assure the quality. Since 1985 dyeing division has been growing with time, Its production capacity has grown from 30 to 225 tons/month. It also expands from cheese dyeing to hank dyeing as well as garment dyeing, with total 43 machines. At this time, our products have been widely applied to textile industry either locally or international, just to name a few: GAP, Lotto, Nike, Adidas, S Oliver, Tom Tailor, Esprite, H&M, and in recent years we have also penetrate into Japanese Markets, To improve our service and quality, we always listen to your needs. We introduced the computerized color matching system (by Gregtag Macbath) and dispensing system back in 1994. The great advantage to our customers is it brings you a more accurate color matching and a better on time delivery. In the beginning of 1999, we have met the Oko-Tex Standard 100 based on test report No.BXX-20434. It shows that our yarns made of 100% Cotton, Acrylic/Cotton, Cotton polyester Blends, Rayon Nylon Blends (dyed and finished with direct contact to skin) meet the humano-ecological requirements.
