The Arctic Monkeys Advert

The text that has been used has been repeated

through the whole of the ancillary texts that
they have created.
My personal opinion
on this digipack is
that I like the fact that
its stripped back and
plain, I feel it will
larger the target
audience range.
I dont like
the title font
used as I
feel its too
fancy for
the style
however
the subtitles
towards the
bottom of
the page I
prefer. As
you get a
bolder look
from the
advert and I
also think
that it

will be interested as to what the music
will be like as the advert is giving off a
dark effect.

layers to this advert,
one being the
background and two
being the text and
imagery on top.

Another thing
that I feel works
well with this is
that the entire
font is in capitals
it gives the
advert a better
stance and
presence as it
encourages
people to read
about the band

The colour scheme that

they have used
throughout the videos
digipacks and adverts is
black and white; I like the
minimal feature that this
gives off. I feel it stands
out as a traditional
indie/alternative video. I
think that this would
appeal to a younger
target audience age.
