STYLE 326HANGER FRAMES Hanger Index | No. 60 hangers are furnished with a heavy duty, perma- | nently lubricated and sealed, seff aligning ball bearing which permits temperatures up to 180 degrees F. and will allow for up to 4 degrees shaft misalignment. This hanger is mounted on top of the trough flanges. Grease fitting can be furnished if specified. STYLE 60 No. 70 hangers are furnished with a heavy duty, perma- nently lubricated and sealed, self aligning ball bearing STYLE 70 which permit temperatures up to 180 degrees F. and will allow for up to 4 degrees shaft misalignment. This hanger is mounted inside the trough. Grease fitting can be furnished if specified. No. 30 hangers are designed for side mounting within the conveyor trough on the non-carrying side and permit a minimum of obstruction of material flow. Available with friction type bearing. No. 216F hangers are designed for heavy duty applications and are mounted inside of flared trough. STYLE 216F | No. 19B hangers are similar in construction to the No. 18B hangers except that they are mounted on top of the trough angles. Built-in ledges provide supports for the ends of the cover. They are streamlined in design and permit free passage of the material. They are regularly furnished with Arguto oil impregnated wood, hard iron or bronze. Other special caps can be furnished. STYLE 19B Air purged hangers are recommended when handling dusty and abrasive materials that can cause bearing failures and shutdowns. Available for 9" to 24" conveyors. Not for hot (over 250°F), or wet, sticky materials. Used for relatively trouble-free operation, reducing noise nuisance, while help- ing to lower power requirements. Air (approx. 1-1/4 PS!) enters the housing top, passes over and around the bearing, then dissipates around the coupling shaft on both sides, protecting the bearing from dust and material. You need only 3 to 7 cubic feet of air per minute to keep the bearing clean. Maximum trough loading should not exceed 15%.
