Agriculture Conclusions
1. Most crop revenue in most of the states comes from crops that are meant for
animals, not humans. This means that, when it comes to crop revenue,
animals are more important in the sense that the animals need to crops more
than humans do.
2. Even though corn is a major crop, hardly any corn is actually meant for
humans. Most of it goes to animals such as livestock for feed in order to make
them grow faster and/ or produce more of what us humans want to consume,
such as meat and dairy.
3. Most of the Midwest, based off the second map, depends extremely heavily
on crops made for animal consumption. Without the animals, the Midwest
would basically get no revenue from crops.
