ABOUT ROCKWOOD
SCHOOL DISTRICT
SOLUTION
WWT planned and implemented a
custom solution for the District,
comprised of people, processes and
powerful strategic partnerships to
improve communications across the
school system.
People
WWTs team of pre-sales engineers
and account managers worked with the
District to determine the most efficient
and cost-effective plan of attack.
Once the plan was in place, WWTs
deployment engineers and managers
worked directly with the Districts IT
staff to implement a successful and
timely installation.
We were very impressed with the
World Wide Technology team all
the way from sales and pre-sales
engineering, to the implementation,
planning, project management and
follow-up after the fact, says Steve
Beatty, the Districts CIO.

needs and the fixed nature of its

This extra effort, coupled with WWTs
access to state-of-the-art Cisco Unified
Communications solutions, put the
District at ease and allowed WWT to
step into the role of trusted advisor.
WWT developed a detailed design,
timeline and implementation plan that
divided the installation into two phases,
meeting the Districts immediate needs
without breaking the bank.
Partners
As a Cisco Gold Certified Partner, WWT
was able to provide the District with the
state-of-the-art VoIP technology and
Unified Communications applications
necessary to enhance system-wide
communication and security. It also
del ivered the training needed to
maximize the Districts technology
