Recovery Plan
Process
The following processes will be duly followed for the
recovery plan:
1. Meeting with Orange (CTIO, SMC and OPT Team)
2. In-depth investigation on the causes of poor QOS on the
network
3. Implementation of the recommendation from the
investigation made
4. Monitoring of the progress of the implementation for
improvement until good QOS is achieved

Huawei
As we all know that no man is an Island therefore we need each others
support and all hands needs to be on deck for this recovery plan.
Therefore, following support will be required for our delivery:
Huawei Core Expert for any core related issues suspected
Drive test team equipped with drive test kit with rigger
