My name is Dayang Putri Galuh served in room melati and on that day I got a morning office
a schedule . office in the morning from 7 am until 14.00 pm. after 7 o'clock pm we did the
operand the night shift team, and I am responsible for the patients room 2 with the patient by
4 people. after completion of the operand I do TTV to the patient.
After I set up the operand and injection drugs for my patients. Name of the first the patients
in the bed is the miss Devina, patient name Miss yunita second bed, the patients in the bed
and the three named nonya love the patients in bed to four named Miss Teri. at 08.00 I was
about providing medicine to all my patients, then do my work and prepare next drug
infusions for the patient who will be timed out. then I put everything I have done to the
patient's status until the book is completed and until the time clock shows the time to sip the
afternoon the turn.
