I am sending this letter as a thank you. In the summer of 2012 I ordered a
double-nest hammock, but the wrong color was sent. After informing the
company of the mishap, you all told me to send it back for the correct color.
Within a couple business days the new hammock was with me, correct colors
and all. The new hammock was in perfect condition. I appreciated the timely
manner in which it was delivered. The fact that the shipping was free made
for a better delivery altogether. Your customer service is highly reliable,
especially when it comes to the warranty and repair of your products.
I have enjoyed all of the quality hammock equipment I have received from
your company. There has never been any dissatisfaction with the equipment
I own. Keep up the great work and I will continue to support this thriving
business.
