    Watched and helped take care of anywhere from one to six tables at a time.
    Dealt with fellow employees in the workplace and also dealt with many customers, as
    well as resolving customer complaints peacefully.

    Sanitation
    Worked alongside five other crew members to use teamwork and clean the equipment
    and machinery.
    Resolved issues with fellow crew members and from time to time, helped them to feel
    more welcome by talking to our team leader in their stead.

    Activities: I am involved in the Big Brothers Big Sisters program and volunteer for Volunteer
    Tuesday at UNI every Tuesday.

    Abilities/Skills: I have a great understanding of other peoples feelings and my experience


    with fellow employees has taught me a lot about how people may feel like they dont in a work
    environment or are feeling uncomfortable at work. I also gained a lot from experience about
    how to deal with customers from the time I spent as a waiter.
