Coleman, a certified peace officer reputably employed by the Houston Police Department, belleves and has reason to believe tha ‘Isaac Tiharihondi B/M 10/13/1995, hereafter styled as defendant committed the erimes of Capital Murder, on or about Tuesday, Janusry 27, 2015, in Harris County, Texas, Affiant's bellef is based on the following: ‘On February 2, 2015, affiant was assigned to conduct the investigation of a triple homichde thet occurred at 876 Strey Lane #573 Houston, Harrs ‘County, Texas, On the aforementioned date, Affent arrived atthe aftrementioned location and spoke with Patol Officer R.K. Pere, cert ‘peace officer reputabty employed by the Houston Police Department, who was the first Houston Police Department Officer on scene. Officer Perez informed affiant that at approximately 9:00 A.M. onthe same date, the apartment complex maintenance personnel ad foreed enty into ‘partment to conduct a weir check athe request af several fiends ofthe residents since they had not been heard om or seen for sever. and would not respond to phone calls or knocks at their door even though their vehicles were atthe location, AfTiant leamed from Officer ‘thatthe apartment complex mainientnce personne! had discovered thee bodies inthe bathroom of the apartment and had informed apartment complex management who had called 911. Affantleamed ftom Officer Perez that he hed been dispatched tothe location for an Unknowrv/DO: call ecthe location at approximutely 9:25 A.M. and had arrived st approximately 9:43 A.M, Affiant elso learned from Officer Perezthat Houston Fire Department Engine #49 was on scene when he erived and he bad learned from Captain P, MeKinney with Houston Fire Deparment that We tad pronounced all three vies deceased st approximately 932. AM, Afflant entered sald apartment during the execution of @ search warrant and observed a total of three dead bodies inside the apartment. Affiant observed a significam amount of blood in different eeas of the apartment: AfMant observed what appeared to be “cas off" blood tthe scene and also a hammer, baseball bat, lamp, and kitchen knife that appeared to have blood on them, Affiant observed that the baseball bat, hammer, RECORDERS MEMORANDUM Instrument sof poor quality Te ee te egg Dopey ‘and knife were all nthe third rear bedroom of the residence along with a try containing several kitchen tools including other knives and was ‘ound to have likely been proviously positioned ina kitchen drawer that had a vold where this tay appeared to have been previoutly placed, ‘This third bedroom appeared to have been used as Isaac Tiharihondi's bedroom, The decedenta were (dentified as 8 male husband (Wasswa {srat] Ahimbisibwe), his femalo wife (Doreus Kiconco Ahimbisibwe), anda five year old child (israel “Jay” Ahimbisibwe Jr), Decedents ‘are keooo Ahnbive et Wasa rat Att had npr fot rant ote headend wae ing on oro rear bathroom In the epartment. Decedent larael “ay” AhimbisTowe Jr bad apperentcuting and stab wounds to the neck and back and was ‘in the bathoub in the rear bathroom us well. Afflent observed tha the bodies of the victims were covered with towels and blankets. A‘fant ‘observed that floor rugs from inside the apartment had been moved In a manner conalstent with an ettempt to conceal blood stans on the. and slpns that the bodies had been moved or dragged through the apartment, Affant cbserved that there was no apparent forced entry toe the front or back door ofthe residence. Based on affian' training and experience affantbelisve, based on the state ofthe decedents' bodies, ‘that the decedents have been deceased fora considerable perlod of time. Afflant found that an exterior rear window leading into the second ‘bedroom ofthe apartment used as israel “Jay” Ahimblsfbwe Jr's bedroom, was closed and appeared to be unlocked ftom the Inside with the * blinds closed and the sereen in place aver the windaw. Affant observed all the windows inthe apartment and noted that this window was the conty window whlch wes unlocked. AfTant found blood in several places throughout the apartment, AfGant found thatthe wallets of both adul decedents were lying open inthe living room af the residence and the mothers wallet appeased to be trissing some credit cards es some of the credit card holders were empty even though they appeared as ifthey were stretched outas if they normally contained cards ofsome type. also found one celular phone fnalde the apartment being cherged by & power cord in the ving room of the apartment and found that the umber for this phone was ( ‘57.,ffant found that there was also an Automatic Teller Machine receipt on te dining room table ‘the residence listing that an Automatic Teller Machine inside nearby Memorial City Mall had been used by a ereifdebit card with the last fou lgits of 5270 on Wednesday January 28th, 2015 at 12:40 P.M. end the receipt Usted tha te pin entered for the transaction was invalid. ‘Afflant spoke to Marie Engoru, a credible and rellable person, and the aunt of Dorcus Kiconco Ahimbisibwe, who provided identifying, {Information for the decedents, Marie Engocu stated that she had last spoken with her niece Doreus Kiconco Ahimbisibwe on the morning of ‘Tuesday, Jenuery 27¢h, 2015, and nothing seemed out ofthe ordinary during this conversation, Marie Engoru also informed the affiant thatthe victims also have two older sons: Emanuel AhimbisTbwe, a seventeen year old who was attending boarding school atthe Thatcher School in ‘California currently and, an Isaac Tiherihond}, (the defendant) # nineteen year ol4, who was scheduled to enter the United States Marine Comps, overthe weekend, Affiant spoke to Brooke Allen Wallace, a credible and relisble person, and furfly fiend who informed the afiant that she had been concerned ‘about the complainants after not hearing ffom the complainants for soveral days and after hearing from other mutual fHends that they had also + ot heard from the victims, so she hed contacted the apartment complex management office concerning thls mazte, Brooke Allen Wallace al provided a cellular phone number for Dorexs Kiconco Ahimbisiawe off’... ella phone ruber for Emanuel Akimbistoweof ((713)392-8230, and a cellular phone number for Isaac TihasThondi of ™* ‘Affiant spoke to Ronald James Perry, credible and reliable persoa, and melntenance personnel forthe Memorial City Apartments in which the tims lived, who advised that he had bet instruct bythe manager forthe apartment complex to conduct a welfare check athe ‘where the vit were dicovered. Affiant was advised ty Ronald James Perry that he had brought the keys to the apartment bt found he andrea door of the apartment locked ffom the inside using the lterlordeadbols which are not accessible by key from the oualde, Gilat ‘advised by Ronald James Perry that he had not located the unlocked window but admitted that he had not looked at all the windows closely. + stated that he forced entry into the apartment by breaking » small pane of glass and unlocking « front window. He went inside alone, Affiant ‘advised by Ronald James Perry that he found all ofthe lights off in the apartment but a television was on inside the living room, Affant was advised by Ronald James Pry that ho searched the aparment and located the victims in the rear bathroom ofthe apartment and instructed his manager to contact emergency services, ‘Affiant spoke to Juanita MeKreth-Boyé, a credible and reliable person, and neighbor and fuily fiend of the victims, who stated that at about 4:35 PM. on Toesday, January 27th, 2015 she had seen victim, Dorcus Kiconco Ahimbisibwe, walking through the aparoment complex parking, {otand she stopped and spoke with her. Affiant learned from Juanita McKreth-Boyd that victim Doreus Klconco Ahimblsibwe had informed Her that she was golng othe gym. Affiant leamed ffom Juanita McKreth-Boyd that nothing seemed out of the ordinary while speaking to vietim Doreus Kiconco Ahimblsibwe. Afflant found that, to affants knowledge, Juanka McKreth-Boyd Is the last person to speak with or see vitim| Dorcus KIconco Ahimbisibwe alive, ‘Affiant spoke to Sergeant W. Elsbury a certified peace officer repuuably employed by the Houston Police Department, who had spoken with a neighbor of the decedents, Mathew Joshua, who advised that ho is personally familiar with the family that lives In spartment #573. Joshua advised that on Thursday, January 29, 2015, ho spoke to « male ho knows by name tnd sight as "Isaac" (the defendant) near the residence. Joshua advised that he knows Isaae to be the eldest son of the adult decedents who live In epartment #573. Joshua advised that he knew that Isaac was planning on joining the United States Marine Corps, and he esked Iseac about when he was going to report for duty. Joshua advised| ‘that Isaac told him that he was going to report the following day, Friday, January 30, 2015, _ASffiant spoke to Sergeant W, Elsbury 8 certified pesce officer reputably employed by the Houston Police Department, who had spoken withthe ‘wife of Mathew Joshua, Preetha Phill, who advised that she was with her husband, Joshua, wha he was visiting with Inc, the dfendany, wo she also knows by name and sight. Philip advised that she had prior knowledge of the youngest decedent, five year old Israel Ahimbtsfbwe J, having been sick inthe recent past, Philip advised that ahe asked Isaze whether Israel Jr, was stil sick, and Isaac advised that Israel Jr, was still {ll and was inside the apartment, Phillp advised that the Inst time that she had seen any of the decedents was on Tuesday, January 27, 2015. Philip provided affiant with the cell phone number ofthe female decedent, Darcus Ahimbisibwe,as¢ 7 Affiant spoke to Nancy Flake Taylor, a credible and reliable person, and family Hiend of the victims, who stated that et bout 1:00 P.ML, on ‘Wednesday, January 28, 2015, she had picked up defendant Iseae Tiharthond! atthe fraly’s partment to take him to bunch. Affiant found that ‘Nancy Flake Taylor informed him that she had called Isaso Tiharihondl on his cellular phone,’ “-"a, upon arriving and he came out of the apertmensto meet er nnd thus she never wen inde the apartment or saw the remainder or un. fflnt found that Nancy Flake “Taylor inforoned him thatthe huach with defendant Isac Tihrihondi seemed normal end he did not seem nervous or upset about anything, Affinnt found that Nancy Flake Taylor informed him that during lonch they discussed Isaac Tiharihondls joining the Untied States Marine Indetil, Affiant found that Nancy Flake Taylor informed him thet during lunch they discussed gotng toa local store afterwards to pick up sore ‘things he needed. AfMlant found that Nancy Flake Taylor informed him that Isaac Tiharihondi told her that since it was geting close to 3:00 P. and he usually saw to itthat his younger brother, Israel "Jey" Ahirnbisibwo Jr, got hore from school, he would need to calls mother and see ‘she could get Israel "Tay" AhimbisIbwe Jc. from school. Affiant found that Nancy Flake Taylor informed him that Istac TTharihondi used bis. ‘cellular phone and appeared to make a phone call and it seemed as if he was speaking to his mother and he informed Nancy Flake Taylor that fi ‘mother informed him that she was atthe gym and so he would hava to go horae and get his brother home ftom school, Affient found that Ni Flake Taylor stated that during ths call she could hear Isaac Tikatihondl' side of the phone call but could nct hear bis mother’s voice om the ‘other end of the phone call as the restaurant they were in was noisy, botahe edmitted that Isaao Tiharthondi could have faked this call. Afttant| found that Nancy Flake Taylor informed him that she dropped the defendant Isaac Tiharthondl back off at the apartment shortly before 3:00 P. ‘and had not heard from him or anyone else inthe family since.
