An excellent opportunity for Engineer Planning has arisen to join our Toll Road Project team ever undertaken
in the South East Asia Region. Residentially based in Jakarta and reporting to the Lead Planner Toll Road,
you will create, monitor and maintain project plans/schedules using standard project management tools and
project execution methodologies. To convert project execution plans and construction method statements
into comprehensive detailed schedules. To support the project teams from start up to completion in all
aspects of Project Planning including Earned value analysis, Progress tracking, critical path analysis and
delay impact studies where/when required). To set up and support Earned Value based plan
progress/performance measurement systems. To coordinate and liaise with Site Teams, sub-contractors,
suppliers in the development of Construction Programs and Resource Scheduling. Should be able to
relocate to various construction sites to monitoring work progress and mitigate programs when needed.
Past road construction experience will be an advantage.
To be successful in this role you will need to have a bachelor degree in Engineering or minimum of 3-7 years'
experience in site based planning and scheduling positions on large construction jobs. Proficient in
scheduling (utilizing software such as Primavera 6, Microsoft Project, etc.), construction methods, resources
analysis and planning, and contract obligations. Strong coaching and mentoring skills in terms of
developing others with an understanding of issues relevant to large scale civil projects within developing
countries.
