RESTAURANTE
1. Before listening, think about all the words/expressions we saw during the lesson when we talked
about restaurantes. Keep them in mind or write them down. They might be appearing during the
audio.
2. Escucha a Carmen hablar de un restaurante y contesta:
Crees que le gusta a Carmen el restaurante? Por qu?
Do you think that Carmen likes the restaurant?What makes you think so?
3. Cuando escoges restaurante, hay caractersticas que te ayudan a tomar una decisin porque son
importantes para ti. Primero, escribe esas caractersticas (la tabla siguiente puede ayudarte) y
despus escucha a Carmen otra vez y escribe los aspectos positivos o negativos, como en el
ejemplo:
When you choose a restaurant, there might be certain characteristics that help you decide because
they are important to you. First, write down those characteristics (the following table might help
you), then listen to Carmen again, and write the positive and negative aspects as in the example
below:
(Carmen may not talk about all of these characteristics, or all of them might not be important to
you, in that case, you can cross them out)

4. Si tienes tiempo, prepara un texto similar sobre un restaurante y graba el texto en sound cloud o
trelo el prximo jueves.
If you have time, prepare a similar text with the restaurant of your choice and record yourself on
sound clour or bring it next Thursday!
